Great school! Teachers are caring and dedicated to learning. Great extra cirrucular, sports, and educational programs. For the last few years Hazard high school has been ranked in the top 7 in the state according to state tests and is the only school in ranked in the top 10 which takes students with disabilities. Alot of this success stems from the background they get at Walkertown and Roy G.

"There are very little entertainment options here for young people, there is only one movie theater and no other places to go on the weekend! Very little job opportunity and limited shopping!"
