"Public transportation is awful, but a lot of residents commute. The draw is the safe, small town feel. It’s a great place for growing families and senior citizens as well. "
  • Dahlia Mora
"I love 4the of July we have marshmallow toss after firework show everyone throws marshmallows at each other it is so fun!"
  • Deszeri VanDeWalle
"Very per friendly neighborhood. There are walking paths with trash bag dispensers for the messes they make lol"
  • Daugie60
"Grocery stores and restaurants are just a couple miles away from me as well as gas stations and banks and the mall."
  • Haley
"People are friendly and will minimally engage, respect others privacy. That being said, people are very receptive to being connected with. I’ve never had anyone turn away my kindness. I think most people here are pretty keen to keep to themselves, but also they help out when it matters."
  • Daugie60
"I’ve lived in the area for 7 years and neighbors are friendly and supportive mostly and we love it here."
  • Haley
"I work remote so I don’t really have a commute. Traffic here can be a little intense depending what direction you’re going. Menifee is a great area for remote workers."
  • Lorenamack
"I am not aware of any community activities in my neighborhood. But, I have notice that the neighborhood park in our area is always occupied by families. It is a lovely place for neighbors to interact with each other. It is a great place to learn and visit with other families in our area. "
  • Calially18
"Great family area. Small town feel. Wish there was less traffic and maybe a service road to safely get down Newport "
  • Mrsgarcia8520
"I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and I truly love it! I would love to call Menifee my forever home. This is a peaceful place to raise a family. The best community I have ever lived in. "
  • Trulia User
"The worst ever on the freeways. Lots of accidents. Roads are not wide enough. Motorcyclist are always having problems fitting through between the cars. I wish that they were not allowed to go between us. When they pass you if you didn’t see them coming, they rev their engines and scare you in two weeks a while back I seen three different motorcycles down on the freeway between here and San Diego, the road that the Oasis is on is so noisy when I drive on it it definitely needs repairs."
  • Npn6h8s8rx
"Dogs on the street are all friendly, some bark alot but we have a big dog and she loves the neighborhood. "
  • Vanessa Granado
"There are many families with children. Very friendly neighborhood. Close schools, parks and walking trails! Definitely a community for families with children! "

  • Craig Jones
"It’s a wonderful place to raise kids, low crime and a lot of great schools to choose from. Recreational sports are well supported here."

Love Sun City, it’s nice, feel comfortable and safe. With the exception of a few coyotes. "
