  • Andrea
"We don’t have any neighborhood events. Though my neighbors are friendly and we chat often, I don’t know them on a personal level. "
  • Rebekah B.
"I have lived in this neighborhood for 8 years. It's quiet there are not any known pedifiles near us. Close shopping, a lot of joggers and occasional pet walking. Mostly people in late 30's and up live here. Nice area."
  • Jenny J.
"Central Red Bluff, walking distance to shopping, groceries, schools, easy freeway access. Safe and quiet road. "
  • Jenny J.
"This quiet and safe, family-friendly neighborhood is close to shopping, grocery stores, and schools. Easy free-way access and right in town. The perfect location. "
  • WILMA P.
"I live here and I own a business in downtown Red Bluff. The location is excellent for couples, retirees, and singles. Maybe for families with one or two kids but very rare in the neighborhood with kids. It is 99% safe to live in this neighborhood. Approximately 2 to 3-miles to downtown Red Bluff shopping, Supermarkets, schools, offices, churches and hotels. I would rate 99% to this location to live SAFE with a good, friendly neighborhood. "
