Relaxed Retreat at Carolina King is a quiet fishing resort on the shores of Lake Marion. You will be part of a community of folks who appreciate serenity and nature. You will have full lake access, be away from chaos, but close enough to town to get what you need (20 minutes to Manning or Santee). If you don't feel like heading out, join us for the best homemade biscuits on the lake, pizza and wings, fishing bait and supplies in the marina store open 7 days a week!
With your fully furnished cabin with full kitchen right near the shore, you may not want to leave very often. Walmart even started delivering to our community! We are perfect for those looking for a lakeside getaway, temporary work housing, relocation, or even permanent living. We are even pet friendly and just added a dog park!

There is no long term lease, just a month to month agreement, though many guests have been with us for multiple years. We offer fully furnish cabins rented nightly or monthly. The rent includes $150 of power bill, which is enough if you watch the thermostat. It also incudes water, sewer, and DirecTV. Laundry is on site run by credit cards. Wifi is optional at $70 per month. Parking in included. We have optional storage for boats and other goods available as well, even dock slips. Yard and cabin maintenance are also included!
