This is a very spacious 3 bedroom house located on the corner of e 39th st. and Homewood on the south side or Lorain. This home features a spacious living room that is carpeted. The dining room opens up to a kitchen with appliances included. 2 spacious bedrooms with a full bath. There is another room which could be used as another bedroom, office space or even a "man cave." There is an attached 2 car garage and CENTRAL AIR included. Tenant pays all utilities. No pets are permitted. Section 8 is accepted.





We charge $25 per person over the age of 18 which covers our cost for doing the background check. We screen using credit, background and eviction checks as well as income, job history and landlord references. If interested please apply. We look for ways to approve tenants. Many tenants who didnt think they qualify do.

We love to bring happiness to the people in our community and that is the best way we do it and the neighborhood loves it.     "If you want to live in a community where your neighbors are more like family, and your children will have an endless supply of friends to play with, then Deerfield is the place. We've lived here for 5 years and love it. Everyone is kind and inviting. The only downside is the gun range, which is not moving any time soon. But honestly, after 5 years, we hardly notice the noise. But the nature and people surrounding us make up for it."
