About this House

Welcome to a most delightful, turn-key 3BR, 1BA ranch in the picturesque neighborhood where pride of ownership abounds! Graced with ample curb appeal, this property showcases new high quality Lifeproof LVP flooring and a soothing, professionally painted color palette which is the foundation for its many great offerings: a bright and gleaming white full bath remodeled from top to bottom and featuring timeless Moen and Delta hardware and coordinating accessories; updated light fixtures throughout; a super clean kitchen with solid oak cabinetry which adjoins a sizeable first floor laundry and mechanical room with abundant storage and rear yard access! Kitchen appliances include a newer built in microwave and and easy to operate coordinating dishwasher. The seamless flow and neutral, soothing and consistent color palette of this move in ready property – beautifully graced with custom moldings and millwork to lend a clean, finished look - only requires new owners to personalize the space to their liking! Replacement dual-pane windows – quaintly accented with colonial grids – abound, and all bedrooms feature original matching doors. All front windows were replaced just prior to listing. The oversized 19’x14’ 1+ car garage, with full electrical, features a concrete floor, fire-rated man door, replacement overhead door, and, like the home itself, boasts a NEW FULL TEAR OFF roof (October 2024)! Mechanicals are well maintained and readily accessible. Newly laid gravel adorns the driveway and a sizeable rear yard with minimal but beautiful arboreal delights is ready for a myriad of uses! No work is needed here…just a highly affordable opportunity for home ownership in property close to every conceivable amenity as well as highway access! Build equity rather than lose rent in a neighborhood which showcases a lovely assortment of maintained homes.

"We have an awesome Halloween display and that in itself brings together at least 300 kids. That is not including the adults. We love to bring happiness to the people in our community and that is the best way we do it and the neighborhood loves it. We even have people that have been told and come from out of town to check it out."
  • Jeffrey O.
"There are other families in this area and the beach is near and parks are everywhere for your children "
  • Lisa O.
"Do not live in this neighborhood. Neighbors are nice but there are lots of drug deals and bad influences."
  • Lisa J.
"Not a safe neighborhood. Lots of drug deals/use, crime, loud noises. People are rude. Kids are always running around. "

  • Laurabodak

"Lorain is a cheap place to live.. Lorain Constellation Elementary School is great as well as the middle school. "
  • N.Figueroa
"Lorain is a cheap place to live but not good if you have kids. We are leaving Lorain to get our kids in better schools. There is a lot of gang violence and young teens dying. Don’t want my kids to grow up around that. "
  • Rachel N.
"your own vehicle is required. there is a lot of things to do also within walking distance. if needed needed Lyft and Uber are a feasible option"

  • Philip And Amy Bobel
"If you want to live in a community where your neighbors are more like family, and your children will have an endless supply of friends to play with, then Deerfield is the place. We've lived here for 5 years and love it. Everyone is kind and inviting. The only downside is the gun range, which is not moving any time soon. But honestly, after 5 years, we hardly notice the noise. But the nature and people surrounding us make up for it."
  • Ariana
"Grew up on the West Side of Lorain, where most of my family still lives. Certain areas are better than others of course, but generally it is quiet and safe. Lorain has lots to offer like the boardwalk, the Palace theatre, and the International Fest in addition to being close to things like Cedar Point, Cleveland, and tons of shopping"
  • Rpoyle
"I c people walking there dogs all the time an have helped people caught there dogs when they get loose "
  • Kristine K. I.
"I live near downtown but no public transportation. no jobs in this town, so you have to drive to other locations. "
  • Sherrinine
"relatively close to highway, there are communities within easy driving distance, that include stores and restaurants. close to the lake and black river landing"
