The fourth floor features two sunny large north and south facing double windowed bedrooms complete with en-suite marble baths, recessed lighting, ample closets, custom wood flooring, zone heating and air conditioning. The basement level features a 6-person sauna, wine cellar, large walk in cedar closet, washer/dryers along with additional storage.
