-Any additional income sources such as social security, military income, child support/alimony etc. Adults not contributing to the household must still provide ALL of the above items except for income documentation. Landlord or broker may request follow up documentation after reviewing the full application. Landlord reserves the right to require a rental and employment verification prior to making a decision.
