I am looking for responsible and reliable professional who is looking for a long-term rental from June 1, 2026- August 1, 2026. Utilities included in rent- wi-fi/electricity/water. $150.00 cleaning fee after your stay. No smoking allowed. Driveway and street parking available. Required in-person meeting before renting.
