"Not many although the park has a decent car show. We need more pickleball courts and a community pool in Durham."
  • Jkownby
"The community is small. The schools are awesome. The community looks out for one another. I can walk to most of the business' in town. No stoplights. Traffic isn't bad. commute to work is great."
  • silvercup42
"The area where I live is wonderfully quiet. I can hear trains in the distance and smell the light scent of the almond blossoms in February! It is a wonderful area to live in. The schools are excellent and the community is very involved here. Wonderful park here where alot of activities occur year round. Very safe area, I still have neighbors near by and we watch out for each other. "
