About this House

Private 12x12 bedroom with a hall bathroom that will be mostly yours. There's also room in my office for another desk setup if desired and room in a storage shed in the backyard for a few things. Shared fully furnished living room, kitchen, and dining room and big back yard with fire pit. All utilities included (Internet, and shared streaming services included as well).
Female tenant preferred. One FIXED dog of any size allowed as long as they get along with my 2 45lb dogs. Your dog must either be trained or you are willing to work with me on their training. A cat will be considered if desired.
Tenant will be expected to share in household duties (doing the dishes, mowing the yard, general cleaning, etc.) but all major maintenance will be taken care of.
6 month lease. $650 security deposit
Tenant behavior guidelines:
No smoking of any kind
No excessive alcohol
No excessive noise past 11pm
Limit guests to 3 at a time unless discussed with homeowner first
Overnight guests are limited to 3 consecutive nights unless discussed with homeowner first
The temperature of the house will stay between 63-66 degrees in winter, and between 76-80 degrees in summer.

Lease starts at 1mo to see if we get along. Can negotiate a longer lease after a couple of months if desired. $600/mo gets you all utilities, Internet, and some streaming services included. Tenant is responsible for repairs needed due to negligence or negligence of guest. Parking in driveway available.
