A qualified co-signer with a satisfactory credit history, or
Documentation of a strong rental history with no late payments within the past 12 months.
3. Rental History:
Applicants must have a satisfactory rental history with no evictions or significant lease violations within the last three years.
4. Co-signer Option:
If applicants do not meet the income or credit requirements, they may provide a qualified co-signer who meets these criteria. Co-signers must also have income equal to or greater than three times the rent and have satisfactory credit.
