"For anyone who wants to have easy access to hiking, biking and trail running the Martin Acres Community is an area to consider. Martin Park has a lot of bike paths that connect to other parts of Boulder. Within minutes via bike, car or bus you can be in downtown Boulder. For those who need to commute out of Boulder Hwy 36 is easy to get on to. Most of the homes are built of brick and many have been updated."

"Great area -- and easy access to Denver or Boulder/CU. The Park and Ride to Denver is a 5 minute walk from my house and the bus stop into Boulder is at the end of my street. Easy bike ride to CU and to downtown Boulder, great bike paths. Great neighborhood -- mix of college students, families, retirees, CU professionals. Active neighborhood association."
