One room in a spacious 3-bedroom townhouse, located at the east of Pasadena (2433 Oneida st), will be available from the 5th of December (possibility to move in a bit earlier or later). The other housemates are a female postdoc at Caltech and a female sales engineer who mainly works remotely.

10min from Caltech by bike (1 mile away)
private garage
small courtyard
guest bedroom for visiting friends
Washer & dryer in-unit
Centralized AC system
Very quiet neighborhood (you hear birds more than cars)

The garage fits 2 cars, and it is also possible to park in the street (one of the few Pasadena streets where it is allowed to park at night for free).
Extremely nice house, environment, and location.

The landlady is nice, always reachable, and fast at getting any problem fixed.

The room:

Size of 140sqft (or around 13 m^2)
Shared bathroom (with one housemate)
Large window, most luminous room in the house
Can come furnished or unfurnished

The rent for the room is about $1090 (to be adjusted depending on garage usage).

Utilities (averaged over 1 year) are about $80/month/person, mostly depending on how much you use the AC.
