You'd love it if you want lots of parking space : 2-car garage, long driveway, long street side parking space (no neighbor on right side).

Large front and back yard with lots of trees/plants/flowers (frequented by birds/butterflies). Great for people who loves gardening / plants. You can enjoy city lights and fireworks from your backyard. Gardener services negotiable.

Pet policy: my apology to pet owners. sorry, no pets unless you have our written approval ...
Lease term: flexible/negotiable. We'd like to have start with a 6-month lease and followed by month-to-month.
Deposit: 1 month rent.

Last tenants have been living there happily for 3+ years and they leave with a positive note. They found a better place closer to their work in Santa Clara. There is no "bad energy" left behind that you need to worry about. We were thinking of moving back into this house, but have to delay our plan at this point due to many reasons.

We are legal binding owners and will observe fair housing equal opportunity laws. We select our tenants fairly based on the followings: employment status/salary income, move-in date, supporting info/material for rental history- previous landlords recommendation is a plus, and good credit reports/score.
