The stove is a separate plug in model rather than built into the counter top. Dishes and cooking utensils. Washer/Dryer in unit. Shower with built in seating.

Located in Mesa, AZ. Approx. University Drive and Gilbert Road.

Close to Gym, Shopping, Dining
Transit: Walking distance to Bus 30 (Stop #12149) that goes directly to ASU.

Note: The pool is not fenced and renter accepts responsibility for persons and pets around the pool. The casita is adjacent to my home and shares the backyard with my family (ages 22-77).

Rent can be negotiated for those willing to stay long term and who provide a low stress cooperative experience for us both.

No smoking, No vaping - anywhere on the property. Doing so will endanger the health and allergies of other property occupants and incur any fees needed to professionally clean and restore all areas to non-smoking status.

Tenant responsible to keep place in good order and to notify owner of maintenance needs within 15 days.

Tenant responsible for themselves, their guests, and pets around the pool, and cleaning up any messes made by tenant, tenant's guests, pets in the front or back yard.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail.
