You will have access to miles and miles of trails that connect to Valley Forge National Park and the Chester Valley Trail. You will have easy access to Route 202, the PA Turnpike, Route 30 and Route 422. You will be also be within 10-15 minutes of multiple SEPTA/AMTRAK train stations for easy commuting. Pets will be considered with owner's approval. No short term lease, minimum 12 month lease, by appointment only.

Rent includes water, sewer, and trash. All other utilities, including Electricity and internet/cable, is the responsibility of the renter.

We ask for first and last months rent plus $1,000 security deposit.

Minimum 12-month lease; preferential terms for longer leases.

This is a non-smoking unit.

Landlord pays for water, sewer, trash, and HOA fees.

Tenant is responsible for electric, internet/phone/cable.

One dog will be permitted per unit (as aligned with HOA limits) for a one-time $250 non-refundable deposit. No monthly pet rent. Any other animals (ex. cats, hamsters, reptiles, etc.) will not be permitted.

Fireplace: the fireplace is not included in the lease terms. A tenant may only use the fireplace upon owner's permission and only if a chimney company continues to render the fireplace safe to operate.
