The high-efficiency heat/central air conditioning unit was installed in 2014. Tenant is responsible for electricity, phone, TV, and data but not water, sewer or trash/recycling. No smoking and no pets, please.

Tenant has use of the backyard patio and the washer and dryer in the basement.
