A background and credit check must be passed before you will be considered. There is a $50 non refundable fee for these checks. Once passed, a 12-month lease is required to rent. At the end of the 12 month term, we can renegotiate the lease to another 1-year term or month to month.

All utilities are paid by the tenant. This includes water, sewer, electric, gas and trash. Utilities are currently on budget payments and generally run less than 150.00 per month.

Small pets are welcome, cats and dogs under 40 pounds, however there is a non-refundable deposit and a monthly charge for a pet, $25.

Outdoor upkeep (mowing and lawn care) is the tenant's responsibility.

    "Country fresh air with quick access to Sunbury and Interstate 71. A huge shopping area is only 18 miles away that includes all major retailers including Costco and fantastic restaurants. Great neighbors and excellent schools are a real family draw to this area."

    "Lovely area if you like to be isolated. There are a few standard fast food places nearby, and a Cracker Barrel, which is nice. Also gas stations right at 71 on 36. Grocery stores are a few miles or so in each direction. Most anything you need other than groceries or gas requires a trip to Polaris/Lewis Center in Columbus. Forget about taking walks - there are no sidewalks. You are pretty close to Alum Creek Beach, Marina, and a dog park though. The downside: propane tanks, no land line phones / internet. So far we have found only one internet provider - Verizon MiFi - and they charge per megabyte; you WILL surpass your quota and pay an arm and a leg for internet! As for TV - we have a satellite, but more often than not (and that's an understatement) there is no signal. If you are alone or would be lost without your car - this is not the place for you. If you have kids, be prepared to do a lot of chauffeuring. On the plus side, schools are awesome."
