Description
Multiple Offers Received. No More Showings. Desirable Old San Rafael VICTORIAN, perfectly situated between Denver's City Park, RiNo Arts District and Uptown neighborhoods. This neighborhood has a certain magic about it, whether it be from its close proximity to gardens, parks, light rail & nightlife, to its colorful tree-lined streets, to its deep rooted jazz music & history. One long time neighbor has about 1,000 tulips planted, and the other one has a lovely back yard fountain. Listen for the sound of chiming bells, singing birds, and playful kids all along Emerson Street. It is all about the community here in this very small 3 x 5 block historic area. As the sun sets, you might hear live blues & jazz vocalists faintly in the distance, on live talent nights, over at Agave Shore. When you are craving a date night, Welton Room has the most exquisite cocktails & mocktails around. Slip back into simpler days on your cozy front porch and admire your neighbor’s flowers. Maybe you will stroll over to Court Place dog park or to La Pasadita for chile rellenos. On summer evenings, you might bike over to Larimer Street in RiNo or 18th Ave in Uptown. When the Five Points Jazz Fest starts popping up on June 8 this year, your friends will want to gather around your magnificent abode and absorb the beats. Agent Owner has lived here for six years. Move in and enjoy the new exterior paint, stone flower beds, updated kitchen, refinished hardwoods, 2021 impact resistant roof, seven skylights, HVAC steam humidification, and many other updates. The most unique feature is the attached sunroom with two sets of French doors opening the patio, and the attached oversize 2-car garage with a second story. Zoning is U-SU-A1, buyer should defer to city planning department with any interest in converting the garage into an art studio or ADU. Don't miss the speakeasy spaces on the top level of the garage and in the basement! ** Included: sunroom shelving, curtains/rods, 2 copper flower pots.

"Convenient lite rails and bus stops spreaded around. As near as only 3 blocks away. Commute is quiet. Commute may come on time or too late never know 🤷🏽♀️ I haven’t had any problem riding the bus or lite rail and the lite rail is very comfortable. They still have some seats closed off for social distancing. I don’t have anything else to say about it"

"This IS a trick or treating neighborhood!! We put on a show. We ran out of a 5 lb bag of candy in less than two hours with only 1-2 per child. Had a remote controlled fog machine and Halloween music, motion activated spiders and beers for adults. Our neighbors brought us back up candy because they saw popular we were. We love trick or treaters!"
