The room is a private master bedroom (17' x 11') with its own walk-in closet (15' x 5.5') and a private bathroom with vanity, mirrors, and storage. Hardwood floors throughout and plenty of space to make it your own. The room itself will be empty and unfurnished, so you can set it up however you like.

The rest of the house is fully furnished with everything you need in the common areas, including the kitchen, dining room, and living room with a fireplace and big TV. All appliances are included: washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, and more. The house also has a garage and mountain views.

Located just 1.2 miles from Orbach Science Library at UCR, about a 4-minute drive or a 25-minute walk. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm, great for studying.
