BEDROOMS
This gorgeous health hideaway accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the second level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The secondary bedroom on the second level accommodates another two guests and features a queen-size bed.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. A coffee maker and tea kettle are at your disposal for convenient morning beverages.

The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Enjoy your favorite music off the record player while soaking in the warmth of this blissful oasis.

OUTSIDE SPACE & GARAGE
The exterior area of this home boasts natural entertainment and unrivaled privacy from the main floor patio. Lounge by the fire pit, or step outside for a dip in your private cold plunge tub. A quaint seating area and BBQ are situated on the patio of this lovely home for use during your stay. Additionally, layout a yoga mat or just soak in the sunshine on the exposed rooftop on the third story of the home. Guests also have access to the amenities and activities in the garage space, such as a private infrared sauna and exercise room supplied with workout equipment.

PARKING
There is one spot for a SMALL car (think Fiat or Mini Cooper) in the driveway in front of the garage. There is also free street parking on either Swenson Avenue or Harvard Street if additional parking is needed!

Owner pays all utilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months old, well-trained, and crated if left alone. Pet Fee is $150 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM which means no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10 PM.
