i am a parent of a current student. my daughter has never been in any trouble at all. a rumor started in drill team, she was accused of cheating and the teacher, vice principal or principal did nothing. my daughter now has to take emotional therapy after this incident. i would not let my student go to school her period.

This is a great school, especially as it has recently transitioned into a fine arts school. Since it's become a fine arts school there are now many great programs offered to the students. I highly recommend this school.

Over the past several years that my children have attended this school, there has been a recurring pattern of serious concerns. Each year seems to bring a new issue—whether it involves student bullying, inaccurate or conflicting information from staff, or incidents that appear to go unaddressed.When I attempt to speak with school staff about these concerns, I am frequently told they are unavailable, in meetings, or otherwise unable to speak. It is frustrating that there always seems to be time for meetings about student behavior, yet when serious incidents occur, there often appears to be little to no documentation, follow-up, or accountability.Even more concerning, when I follow up about specific incidents, I am often told that no one remembers what happened, that leadership was unaware, or that there is no record of the event. This ongoing lack of communication, transparency, and consistency has made it extremely difficult to trust that my children’s concerns are being taken seriously.One of the most disappointing patterns I have noticed is that the teachers who have made the most positive impact on my children’s education and well-being never seem to stay at this school for very long. That raises additional concerns about the overall environment and stability within the school.This is not about one isolated incident—this has been an ongoing pattern over multiple years, and as a parent, I believe these concerns deserve to be taken seriously.
