The Pedernales Lofts is a live work community in Central East Austin. There are 105 units 91 upper floor loft style condos, and 14 ground floor storefronts and live-work studios. The six 3- story buildings are built around a gated, grassy community area. Completed in 2005, this modern industrial building offers open loft living in an affordable hip location!
