    "I lived in this house and in the neighborhood for the past 12 years. Nice place to live because everyone keeps to themselves but are friendly in passing and would be helpful if need arose. The location is good because it is a 10 minute drive to the necessary stores and options for malls, movies, and restaurants extend in all directions because it is close to NJ, and Rockland and Orange County activities. Also, it's about 10-15 minutes to NJ for less expensive gas! "
