In the winter, ski at Greek Peak a half hour away or a number of great cross-country skiing trails in town.

The second floor has three bedrooms, a full bath, an office (that opens to the second-floor deck), and a window seat on the landing. Deep backyard features a fire pit, stream, and vegetable garden along with the spacious back deck. The home is furnished and currently one of the bedrooms is furnished as an office.

Looking for an academic year lease, starting in mid-late August and running through at least the end of May 2026. I have some flexibility on start and end dates.

The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University.
