Security deposit is $1,000 unless using an employment offer as consideration to meet the income requirement, we require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Also, if using a cosigner, we require a security deposit of one month's rent.

Minimum requirements for leasing approval include income must be at least 3x rent, Minimum 650 credit score, 1 year employment and tenancy history with verification of same. Security deposit + first month's rent due in form of cashier's check prior to move in.
