Grosse ile schools are great for kids who don’t have learning disabilities. They treat kids with poor grades differently than all the other students. Also they don’t do anything when a child is getting bullied I’ve heard multiple students get bullied and they didn’t do anything about it.

Both of my children have had wonderful experiences here. Due to the size students have a lot of opportunities to participate and take on leadership roles in the many sports and clubs offered.

Meridian is a complete disappointment. The administration's priorities are completely misplaced, as they seem more concerned with maintaining appearances than actually providing a quality education for their students. The school is losing families left and right to private schools and nearby districts, and it's no wonder why. The lack of support and attention given to students is appalling, and it's clear that the administrators are more focused on their own agendas than the well-being of the children in their care. Instead of investing in quality teachers and resources that would benefit the students, the administration seems intent on cutting corners and saving money at the expense of the children's education. There are several instances of long term subs taking the place of classroom teachers and teachers are frequently taking on more students due to split classes because the district cannot obtain subs. Overall, I would not recommend Meridian Elementary School to any parent looking for a quality education for their child. The lack of support, focus, and care for the students is unacceptable, and I would urge families to look elsewhere for a school that truly values the well-being and education of all its students.
