"Gated and Safe but isolated from any culture. The city of Auburn is 13 miles down the road however the town closes at 10. Safeway open until midnight "

"Although one must drive for goods, the variety of retailers makes everything nearby. It is very easy to get to Sacramento on i80 and to Nevada City and Grass Valley on 49. The proximity of Auburn Recreation area is the best."
