Mudroom / 3-seasons room attaches the garage to the kitchen. 2-car detached garage with one auto door opener. Patio off the back of the house. Shaded back yard with mature trees. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow maintenance (large corner lot). No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.

$40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score. Minimum credit score (VantageScore 3.0) of 620 required. 12-month lease required. Income requirement - gross monthly income at least 3x the rent.
