This home is furnished, with the primary bedroom on the main floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office. The are also two living rooms: upstairs is the TV lounge and downstairs is more for guests or reading. The casual dining is open to the kitchen.

There's a graveled parking lot in back with a deck and two open sheds. The front yard is fenced, includes a long, wide porch with table and chairs.

The home is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump.

All appliances provided; however tenant is responsible for maintaining the washer and dryer. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. This home has an EV charger!

Pets considered on a case by case basis. Additional pet rent and refundable deposit. They must be adult, fixed and friendly. Dogs under 50 pounds. Pet application required via bluesage.

Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion.

We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. If you are using vouchers, please call to discuss.

Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month.

We require first and last month's rent and security to start.

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
