This home features two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for ideal privacy, and one bedroom has a half bath ensuite. For heating, choose between the energy-efficient heat pump or wood stove to bring in that cozy feeling this winter, and in the kitchen, you'll find it well-equipped with newer appliances.

Application fee is $50 per adult. A technology fee of $24 is due when signing the lease. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. NOTE: Blue Sage represents the owner. Pets considered on a case by case basis; pet rent of $25-50/mo-pet and refundable deposits of $250-500.

We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Please check our website for more info:

Owner to pay water-sewer-trash, and mowing. Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month.

Deposit is usually 1 months rent and includes a non-refundable cleaning fee.

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
