7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe reason this school has gone downhill is due to the quality of students moving here since Covid. The female students changed the dress code in a terrible way, since they wanted to wear skimpy clothing. Their parents who were liberals were constantly saying derogatory statements about the swim team bathing suits etc. The climate changed as these new transplants from NJ & NY were yelling slurs and starting fights on a daily basis. Teachers who had been employed for many years left to teach in Duval county as the level of disrespect toward them escalated. The students are not the same level of students that attended this school prior to Covid. I predict it will soon be a 6/10. It is a shame...Parent Review1mo ago24 Reviews - Hickory Creek Elementary School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe previous principal was great but then they brought in Yvette Gonzalez. She blatantly plays favorites. She barely responds to parents. But our real problem was with a 5th grade Teacher Ms Barnes. awful teacher that just isnt good with children. She simply lacks the patience to teach children. She will literally yell at them if they try to ask any questions. Not a good look for a teacher for 10 year old kids. Its sad to see the downward trajectory the school has taken since Gonzalez took over.Parent Review1y ago13 Reviews - Check out schools near 237 Fells Cv.

"Moved into this area in Aug of 2024 and we love it so far. Family friendly, kids out playing, people walking. Their dogs, riding bikes. It’s super quiet, well kept yards and friendly neighbors. We feel safe and love the birds we see on the pond behind our home."

"We have no sidewalks on Bishop Ests Rd. It is difficult and dangerous to walk on my road. People drive their cars quite fast on Bishop Est Rd even though the speed limit is 30 mph."
