With 1 king bed, 1 murphy bed, and 2 full - size beds, our property provides a phenomenal sleeping experience for guests. 3-car garage with workshop. Exquisite woodwork, and custom built-ins can be found throughout the home. The kitchen includes inclusive of custom cabinetry, ample counter space, a breakfast nook, as well as a large island perfect for entertaining. The living room features beautiful, vaulted ceilings with a see-through glass fireplace that flows seamlessly into the dining room. The Master Suite that has it all, including elegant, vaulted ceilings, and a luxurious Master Bath with double vanities, a spacious tub, and a walk-in - shower. The Master Closet includes ample storage and hanging space

For long-term rentals of at least six months, the monthly rent is $5000, with the tenant responsible for all utilities. For short-term rentals of a minimum of one month, the monthly rent is $7000, which includes all utilities.
