The dining room, with charming original built-ins
Large, spacious kitchen with room for a large kitchen table and chairs
2 baths, one with a clawfoot tub and the other with a shower-tab
Laundry room with washer/dryer (not warrantied)
Original old growth floors in most of the house
Forced air heat
Front and back yard. Yard care is paid.

Henderson Center is an excellent part of town- walkable with farmers market, and restaurants. The house is located in the middle of everything, but a quiet area with long term residents. It's only a few minutes drive to St. Joseph's hospital or the old growth redwood trailhead at Sequoia Park.

Looking for a long term tenant. Must obtain renters insurance. Tenant pays for PGE, landlord pays water and garbage. Every prospective adult tenant must fill out application and provide State ID. Sorry, no smoking allowed. One cat allowed, no other pets allowed.
