This is a beautiful historic Eureka Victorian built in 1917! The home comes fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a laundry room and a small sitting room. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, one bedroom has a full size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The owner needs the furnishings to stay, so this home won't work if you are looking for an empty home. Garbage and lawn care are provided by the owners. The tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Lease terms are negotiable. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Contact property manager Darrell Burlison for an application.
