Great small, privately owned apartment complex. Not owned by a huge corporation!! It's close to I-80, close to schools, parks, churches, and the Solano Mall. This1 Bedroom, 1 Bath is UPSTAIRS, has been A NEW KITCHEN ( your will be the first one using it). Recently updated with new carpet, new floors in the kitchen and bath, new bathroom vanity, new blinds, new paint, doors etc. The complex has been repainted, the swimming pool reserviced, and new landscaping put in . We have Central air and heat; not window unit. Utilities include: water, garbage, sewer. We allow cats with an extra deposit. We have a security gates, closed 24/7. Our manager has been with us for over 20 years, and many tenants have been with us over 10 years. If there is a problem, we fix it right away!! Our swimming is solar heated, and we have summer gathering there.
