"I've lived in this neighborhood on and off for the last 31 years. It's not as friendly as it used to be, but it's still very safe and quiet. It's very dog friendly with a beautiful almost private neighborhood park."

"I’ve never used the Vine bus so I can’t speak to that, but getting out onto Soscol can be a bit of a wait during commute times. "
