About this House

This single family home for rent offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath with a carport. The third bedroom has sliding glass door with access to the outside, also featuring a large closet. The full bathroom is jack and jill style, which is easily accessible from 2 bedrooms. The home offers washer/dryer hook ups, central heat and air and a fenced in backyard. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms all adorn wood floors. Dishwasher and refrigerator included. Only good credit accepted, $30 per person application fee if you do not use zillow's application service. Before scheduling a tour drive by the neighborhood first, it is near a busy street (Kearney) and submit an application. In order to not waste your time and mine, I require both of those things before scheduling a tour, it doesn't make sense for me to show a house to someone that doesn't meet my credit (600 or above), income (2.5 x rent), and background (no violent crime convictions or evictions) requirements. Dogs allowed with prior approval and $250 per pet fee.

"We have lived here for 3 years, and never have any issues. The neighbors are great. They are friendly and watch out for each other. Where we are is pretty quiet, but people do walk down the street frequently. They are just passing through, though. "

"This place is so cute. It's a quiet, family neighborhood with great walkability to restaurants and shops. We often visited the historic Commercial Street area for entertainment. The kids walk to Robberson Elementary. There is very little traffic. The garage with opener is so nice to park your car and store things. The fenced in backyard is perfect for the dog and the basement with pet door is perfect for the cat. The Woodland Heights Neighborhood Association shows great community involvement. The neighbors are nice. The house is very clean and well maintained."
