We absolutely love this house and have lived here for 12 years. The neighborhood is perfect for walking, biking, and raising a family. Our house itself is located on one of two neighborhood ponds. We have a brand new (Summer 2017) Trane 14 Seer Air Conditioner and a 6 foot privacy fence around the back yard.

Inside all floor surfaces are either hardwood or tile, and we have all stainless steel kitchen appliances which are staying. The dishwasher is brand new (February 2018), and the oven and microwave were new in August 2016. There are 9 foot ceilings on the first floor and the house plan is laid out really well to maximize the space.

Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."
