The kitchen features granite countertops with extra space for preparing meals, premium stainless steel appliances, and an electric range. A full-size dining table, and lots of seating offer dining space for everyone. Expansive windows surround the living room, including a sliding door with access to the balcony, allowing natural light to fill the room. Guests will enjoy the comfortable sofas, gas fireplace, 55" flat-screen television, and significant offering of games, perfect for a cozy night in!

The first master bedroom is conveniently located on the first level and has a king bed, a mounted flat-screen television, deck access, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Standing desk available but can also be removed. The bunk-room is also located on this level and includes two sets of bunk-beds - a twin-over-full and a twin-over-futon. This room also includes a 45" flat-screen television with Roku and is directly across from a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the upper level is a second master bedroom with a full bed, large closet, television, and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Parking available in spaces next to building. All utilities, wifi, tv & streaming services included.

No smoking in unit. Lease term flexible. Security deposit amount depends on length of stay.

    "This condo is located North of the Breckenridge Center Core and close to Breckenridge Elementary. Next to free parking for Breckenridge Ski Resort and free shuttle to the base of Breckenridge Gondola. Being on the North end, you'll have easy access in and out town. No need to go through town to get home. This is a great area of Breckenridge. It's located above commercial, so if you are getting a loan, shop local lending banks such as Wells Fargo and First Bank. They will have access to loans for this type of property."
