Owner pays for water, sewer and refuse collection. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, Internet and TV services. A refundable security deposit of $1850 is due on signing the contract. The minimum lease is for one year. No smoking is allowed. There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway and curbside parking for one vehicle in front of the house. Pet is a maybe. My pet policy is dependent upon my meeting the pet and our discussing how the pet is cared for. If the pet is accepted, there is a $500 non-refundable deposit due on signing.
