We are located close to downtown Phoenix, the beautiful Encanto Park and just East of the I-17 freeway. Our community has 3 sparkling pools and BBQ grill areas with picnic tables. Courtyard at Encanto is a gated community with plenty of covered parking and guest parking as well. Located close to downtown Phoenix you also have the Arizona State Fairgrounds, Phoenix College, Grand Canyon University and Metro Tech High School within a short distance.

Our residents are not responsible for utility deposits. Utilities are a 3rd party bill back service added to the resident ledger.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
