Outside, there is ample green space that's perfect for pet to play or for relaxing afternoons in the fresh mountain air.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Water and septic are included in the rental rate. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This home is pet-friendly for dogs and cats, so bring your furry friend along! There is a nonrefundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply, so please ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.

    "I am a biz owner here & have seen things change dramatically in past 12 years. No long-term rental housing unless you are a student or uber-wealthy, and you don't own a pet. Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "

In those neighborhoods, it is much more necessary to have a car. But I’m all areas, everyone is cautious of walkers, and I always have felt safe walking my dog, both at night and during the day (even as a female). "
