Located in a quiet neighborhood, but with easy access to Hwy 421, the house also features a spacious deck spanning the front of the home and looking into the trees.

A $1000 damage deposit is required along with the first month's rent when lease is signed.

Tenant is responsible for electric bill (the home is all electric). Water and septic are provided.

Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "
