Beautiful and comfortable non-smoking, completely furnished home in great Bellingham residential neighborhood, near oldest park in town. Great "Norman Rockwell" neighborhood,
Spacious remodeled 1905 home. Private back yard. Huge, 750 sq ft, upstairs master suite (2-story home) with 11' ceiling and 2 gables. Memory foam mattress in Master Suite. Casper memory foam queen bed in front downstairs bdrm. Nice 2nd downstairs bedroom with queen spring futon, wood/cork flooring downstairs.
Living room, parlor, dining room and kitchen with open floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen, spices, sauces, coffee, espresso machine, digital toaster oven, 2 ovens, gas range, microwave, and small island.
Small yard, new flagstone patio, flower garden with patio furniture, gas BBQ, sitting front porch, WIFI. 55" smart TV in parlor for streaming, 40" dumb TV in master suite.
Stereo downstairs. Viewable flame gas free-standing Lopi stove for heat downstairs.
Garage is for owner's use.
There are a lot of indoor plants. We ask renters to water plants. This provides additional privacy (versus us coming in to water).
Rent includes utilities and WiFi.
Pets require pre-approval (via text or email).
A smaller dog may be OK after discussion and with pre-approval.
NO SMOKING.
We mean it. Don't smoke -anything. It's stinky. There is an automatic $250 charge for any evidence of smoking on the property.
NOTE:
We may offer infrequent in-person tours/showings. We are maintaining a strict protocol to provide confidence that the home is clean, safe and secure for current renters, my staff, you, and me.

NOTE: This is a normal 2-storey home with stairs at entry and for upstairs master suite. No special accommodations have been made for any age group or needs.

"I've lived in this neighborhood over 20 years in two different homes. Some of my favorite things about Columbia are the summer concerts in Elizabeth Park, the fantastic elementary school, and the four parks in the neighborhood. Great and friendly neighbors too."
