New windows, bathroom, all fixtures, kitchen, appliances, air conditioning/heating, etc. Shared covered patio space. The space features several skylights that provide incredible natural light. The space is private and has immediate access to many of East Austin best eateries, bars, parks and Ladybird Lake.

Tenant pays fixed utilities of $125 per month. Minimum lease term of 12 months, with the potential to go as long as 24 months. There is a pet deposit, but there aren't any additional fees for having a pet. The pet must be very well behaved as there is shared space with other tenants on property. Tenant must have a minimum of a 650 credit score, consistent verified income to cover the rent/utility payment and solid references.
