This is a clean, respectful, and well-maintained home. The tenant will be expected to keep their private living area clean and help maintain shared spaces, including the kitchen and backyard. Shared household items, such as trash bags and paper towels, can either be split or purchased separately whatever works best for everyone.

The home is shared with two very sweet, well-trained dogs and two friendly indoor/outdoor orange cats, so please let me know if you have pets.

No smoking. Serious inquiries only. Tenant will be required to sign a formal lease agreement and provide a security deposit.

All of the neighbors take excellent care of their homes and yards as well, and it is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the Arlington entertainment district (Rangers, Cowboys, Six Flags, etc)."
