About this House

Charming 3 bed one bath house with a small office. Has laundry hookups for stacking gas dryer and washing machine. New gas hot water heater. There is plenty of yard space and parking for entertaining friends and family. No animals unless approved. This would be a great spot for three students that want to rent together. There is a large yard with an apple tree and a shade tree. lots of space for a large garden. Regular inspections will be scheduled. There is a second house on the property in the back of the same lot. Both houses have private yards and entry access. We will consider pets but must be approved.

Month to Month 2300 deposit. No smoking, must be kept Clean. We will Pay for water/sewer. No animals unless approved. If something breaks or needs repaired notify us immediately and we will have it repaired. If you have a need or wanted change to the property let us know and we can try and accommodate or incorporate your requests into property updates. We do regular inspections and will indicate if areas need cleaned or cleared of clutter. Nothing that is considered a potential fire hazard or health and safety issue is permitted. NO trash accumulation or hoarding is allowed.
