It has fresh carpet and paint, and a newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances. The carpet in the photos is not as dark as the photos suggest, and those are carpet footprints and not dirt! Note the Craftsman built-ins and crown moulding in the living room. Both bathrooms are also newly remodeled. The home has brand new central air conditioning and heat. There is a two car detached garage which *includes a washer and dryer* with plenty of storage space. Look onto the beautiful shared back garden area from the rear outdoor deck (deck furniture included).

A one-year lease is required, which converts to month-to-month after the first year. Owner pays for landscape maintenance. We're sorry, but pets and smoking of any sort are not allowed anywhere on this property.

This home has not been on the market for many years and won't last long. It lives much bigger than the square footage suggests. Just look at the photos and you will see why this well-kept historical neighborhood is so desirable.
